I hit the climbing gym last night, and im glad I did.
I had taken almost a weeks break, after I tore myself up pretty bad the first time I went, last week. I had healed by a couple days ago, but I was finally able to work up the energy to go yesterday.
I feel strong and satisfied, as well as a bit inspired.
The problems there are amazing, considering its a gym and not real rock. Ive owned plenty of memberships to plenty of climbing gyms, and frankly im surprised that the gym in this smaller city is so good.
Im going to go again today I think, get my six-pack back!
